We provide a free, impartial, and confidential advice on learning, training, or work to adults who are:
- aged 20 or more
- aged 18 or 19, who have been referred to us by a Jobcentre

This service can help you if you want to:

  • go back to work after a break
  • update your skills
  • improve your work prospects, or
  • change direction in your job
  • Our experienced advisers will work with you individually and base their advice on what’s best for you.

As well as discussing your choices, we might be able to give you information about help that’s available, including funding, childcare, and support for people with disabilities. Moreover our service provides free information and advice on learning and work to adults. We run regular workshops for all adults on a variety of topics such as:

  • CV design and layout
  • Job searching
  • Interview skills
  • Returning to work
  • Career Change
