Are you aware of the Race, "Race Online 2012"? 

RaceOnline 2012 logo10 million adults in the UK have never used the internet and Race Online aims to give them the skills and confidence they need to make the most of the social and economic benefits it brings.

Race Online partner, e-skills UK has made a 'digital promise' to help spread the word about Pass IT On, a scheme to encourage people to share their web skills with people that don't know how to use the internet. e-skills UK aims to get 10,000 people to Pass IT On by 2012 by encouraging the many thousands of schools it works with to sign up to Race Online and promote Pass IT On. 

e-skills UK will also promote Pass IT On through the annual Make IT Happy technology competition for 9-11 year olds it runs with the Parliamentary Information Technology Committee, and will offer a special prize for the school that achieves the greatest number of 'passes'.
